All with the intention of driving profitable customer action. From this definition, content must be “valuable, appropriate, and consistent”, which means that it should make sense. Otherwise, the content will just be a waste of time and energy and will not be instrumental in achieving your goals.

In a nutshell, content marketing should be seen as primarily a way of communicating to your target audience without having to sell. It is a marketing strategy that is non-disruptive.
